This website/platform acts as an interface providing all the required information about the brand.

This website is not for direct buying and selling purposes, for now, you would have to head over to opensea marketplace for the same.

Our logos and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, information, data, software, sound files, other files, and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, “Site Content”) on our website/socials or elsewhere are the proprietary property of  SkyDrip, which shall not be copied by anyone under any circumstances.

Ownership

The Owner acknowledges and agrees that the Skydrip remains the sole author of the Art. Skydrip owns all legal rights, including all intellectual property rights, titles and interests in and to the underlying Art. It is expressly acknowledged and agreed upon that the Art shall at all times remain the sole property of the Skydrip. Skydrip shall have the rights to, including but not limited to, reproduce, adapt, modify, use, perform, display, publish, distribute, sale and duplicate the Art, in whole or in part, for any purpose whatsoever, including commercial, by any media and means whether now known or hereafter devised. 

The Creator hereby grants to the Owner the rights to reproduce, use, perform, display, publish, distribute, duplicate and exploit derivative works thereof, in any manner and any medium it may choose, and for any purpose whatsoever, including commercial, to and for the sole personal use of the public. And the owner shall not permit any third party to avail the rights mentioned above. By exception, the Owner shall only have the right to sale the Purchased NFT, and related Complete Art, on a marketplace that permits the purchase and sale of the Owner’s Purchased NFT.
